Beef from South America is renowned worldwide for its superior quality. We offer all beef cuts, chilled and frozen, bone in or boneless, including but not limited to tenderloin (chain off or on), striploin of different weights and trim, cube roll, heart of rump, D-rump, cap on and cap off topside of various weights, knuckle, silverside, eyeround, flats, blade, chuck, brisket, shin / shank, etcetera. We also offer beef offals (tongues, livers, kidneys and hearts), trimmings for the manufacturing industry, minced beef, as well as bones and other offals to China and Hong Kong. We also offer Black Angus and Organic certified beef, and can provide Halal certification. |

Lamb/Mutton
Ovine meat from Uruguay and Argentina is well positioned for its high quality and is constantly demanded by Europe, Brazil, Russia and a large number of Middle East countries. TUSK offers lamb and mutton carcasses and cuts. The cuts we work with can be bone in or boneless, chilled or frozen, and typically include boneless lamb legs, racks, tenderloins, striploins, among others. We also sell carcasses of different weights, whole or 6-way cut. We can provide Halal certification if required. |

Poultry
We sell whole and by-cuts chickens principally from Brazil and Argentina, and small volumes from Uruguay. The most common poultry products we work with are different sizes of whole chicken grillers (without giblets) and whole chicken broilers (with giblets), whole boneless chicken (shawarma), skin on or skinless breasts, bone in or boneless breasts, chicken leg quarters (CLQ), thighs or drumsticks, wings, mechanically deboned meat (MDM), among others. We also offer chicken offals (livers, gizzards and hearts) as well as chicken feet and paws. We can provide Halal certification if required. |
Dairy Products
TUSK commercializes different dairy products mainly from Uruguay and Argentina. The quality of the products from our region is well known worldwide and South America has become one of the leading exporters of dairy products. Among the most popular ones we offer are the butter 82%, whole and skimmed milk powder, whole and skimmed UHT milk, whey powder, casein, butter oil/milk cream, mozzarella cheese, edam cheese and gouda cheese. |

Horse Meat
Global demand for horse meat has substantially increased in recent years. TUSK offers different horse meat cuts, chilled and frozen, such as: incomplete (RFQ) and full forequarters, topside, silverside, knuckle and premium cuts. We also sell horse offals and trimmings. |

Rice
Despite its reduced territory, Uruguay is the sixth world exporter of rice and together with Argentina export more than the United States. TUSK can offer different varieties of white rice in long, medium and short grains, with different percentages of broken grains. We also sell polished and parboiled rice. |
Soybean, Wheat and Corn
Latin America is also known as the "world's seeding". The region has large productions of various grains such as wheat, corn and soybean. TUSK offers grains for human and animal consumption, in bulk or bags in container loads. We can meet the most demanding requirements as to quality, moisture and protein content. We also work with several sub products such as wheat flour (0, 00, 000 or 0000) and oils. |

Animal Feed Meals
A growing industry in the region exports are meals based on corn and soybean that are used for animal feed. The major buyers of these products are Vietnam, China, Taiwan along with other Asian countries. We can provide meals based on 80% soybean content and 20% corn, as well as meals based on 95% soybean content and 5% corn, both with approximately 1% sodium chloride. |
